“The center represents provincial-level state administrative agencies, and its officials are in direct contact with people and businesses. Therefore, all conditions from facilities to quality of work must be put on top," said Nguyen Van Duan, Director of the center. Clearly defining its objectives and tasks, the center focuses on inspecting and supervising the implementation of administrative procedures and the observance of administrative discipline and public sector ethics by one-stop-shop (OSS) staff.
Than Thi Que, an officer of the center said: "Every month, the center's leaders assign staff to check dossiers requested be corrected, supplemented and returned by the specialized agencies. We will review the dossiers and discuss with the OSS staff and conduct phone interviews with the senders, thus reporting to the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee for measures in accordance with regulations. After a period of drastic implementation, the number of administrative dossiers submitted by citizens that must be supplemented have decreased.
From the beginning of 2023, the provincial Public Safety Administration Center was assigned by the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee to direct the implementation of the OSS mechanism at all-level single-window units in the province. This is also the motivation for the center to try to do better, meeting the set requirements. Inspections showed that the facilities at the single-window units at all levels have been well invested. The service spirit and attitude of the staff have been raised. The rate of dossiers with late return has decreased.
During the inspection process, the center's leaders sent personnel to deliver "hands-on" guidance for OSS staff at district and commune levels. They have also pointed out limitations as well as shared experience and ways to improve the effectiveness of administrative reform.

Many people when coming to the provincial Public Security Center commented that this is a spacious, modern and fresh working space with many trees. Nguyen Thi Hoa from Ngoc Thien commune, Tan Yen district came to carry out the procedure for re-issuance of a driver's license. After completing the procedure, she said: "This is the first time I have come to the center. I was very satisfied when I was guided wholeheartedly to finish my work quickly".
Through the annual surveys, the satisfaction rate of organizations and citizens when performing procedures here reached more than 95%, with the criteria of facilities, convenience, and attitude of officials and civil servants obtaining high scores.
Right from its inception, the center has focused on building a professional and friendly staff, strictly maintaining the office culture and implementing the slogans “four Xin” (Xin chao - Xin cam on - Xin phep - Xin loi) (Hello - Thank you - Please – Excuse me); "4 always" (Always smiling - Always gentle - Always listen - Always help); and "5 Nos" (No authoritarian behaviour - No bureaucracy - No corruption and wastefulness - No lie - No abuse of position and power).
