Support ethnic people develop community tourism

(BGO) – The Ethnic Board in the northern province of Bac
Giang has implemented the project to support 15 ethnic households in Na O
village, An Lac commune (Son Dong district) to buy equipment to develop local
community tourism.
Accordingly, these households will be supported an amount to buy the blanket, sheet, pillow, mattress and other utensils for tourist accommodation, especially foreigners when visiting Khe Ro tourism site and Tay Yen Tu Natural Reserve Site in the district.

Besides, the residents are encouraged to develop the local bee raising for honey and provide the farm produce to meet the visitors’ demand. The total investment of over 100 million VND (over 4,300 USD) is mobilized from the provincial budget.
As schedule, the project will be completed within July, helping households have stable jobs and income so as to stabilise the life.
The Korea Tourism Organisation (KTO) in Vietnam will organise a Vietnam-Republic of Korea (RoK) Culture and Tourism Festival in Ho Chi Minh City at the end of September.
