This commitment has impressed international friends but will be a big challenge for Vietnam. In that context, the seminar was organised to introduce environmentally-friendly economic models, helping ensure the sustainable development among young people - the group that accounts for about 70 percent of the population.
At the seminar, speakers also introduced projects on developing green (organic) agricultural models, and proposed directions for sustainable development of the green economy such as applying agricultural knowledge and appropriate technology to production to supply the domestic market and export trends; consumer education to change people's awareness, and replicating effective models.
