Vietnamese medical workers provide free medicine for South Sudanese affected by floods
Medical workers of the Vietnam Level 2 Field Hospital Rotation 4 organised the medical examination for patients at Bentiu Hospital in Unity State. They also provided the hospital with essential medicines and some basic epidemic prevention equipment.

The delegation also presented free medicine to more than 200 people who have been heavily affected by floods, especially women and the elderly.
The Vietnam Level 2 Field Hospital Rotation 4, which is on a UN peacekeeping mission in South Sudan, said that August is the rainy season with risks of widespread flooding and the outbreak of dangerous infectious diseases in South Sudan.
The support of the Vietnamese medical workers is expected to help the locals overcome the consequences of floods.
