VK Tech inks cooperation agreement with Korean enterprise

(BGO)- The Vietnam-Korea Vocational College of Technology (VK Tech) and Hana Micron Vina Company Limited (in Van Trung industrial park, Viet Yen district) on May 11 signed a cooperation agreement to establish the tie between the college and the company.

Both sides inked the agreement with the contents: the students of the college will be accepted for internship in the company. The company will provide scholarship for the students through examination for selecting technicians. VK Tech will provide training and supply long-term high quality labour force for Hana Micron Vina Company Limited.

The college undertakes to better selection, training and management of students to ensure qualification, moral standards, culture and skills in accordance with requirements of the company and meeting the increasing recruitment demand of the enterprises.

Hana Micron Vina will provide conditions to support scientific researches, practice, field trip and internship of the college’s staff and students.

The cooperation will help to develop talent and improve quality of the labour force to meet demand of the company and gradually bring the knowledge and practical techniques of the company into the training programme.

Hana Micron Vina Company Limited has come into operation since November 2000, which produces and processes integrated circuits for mobile phone and other smart electronic products. In phase 1, the company was built on an area of about 2.5 hectares with nearly 1,300 workers and paying an average income of 12 million VND (523 USD) per month. The company continues to expand production and needs to recruit trained labour force.

Annually, VK Tech trains more than 3,500 students in the majors and industries, to which many companies need to recruit employment.

Bac Giang: Labours quickly come back work at industrial parks
