The World Bank (WB) has been carrying out a project on improving the quality of tertiary education at four universities in Vietnam, including the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) since 2018 to increase their autonomy.

While talking with HUST students in Hanoi on March 22, Vice President of the WB Group Human Resources Ousmane Diagana said the bank will review the project and suggest the Ministry of Education and Training consider expanding it to other universities.
