Women's World Cup 2023: Group stage fixtures

The 2023 Women's World Cup will take place from July 20 to August 20 in Australia and New Zealand, with 32 teams divided into eight groups. Vietnam are in group E with the U.S., Netherlands and Portugal.

This is Vietnam's very first time at a Women's World Cup, after winning against Thailand and Taiwan in the playoff games in February last year.

The team will face what is considered to be the toughest group in the tournament. The defending champions U.S. are the most decorated team with four titles. Netherlands played their first World Cup in 2015, but went all the way to the final in their second tournament and only lost to the U.S.
