11,500 personal health records created for Yen The residents

– The Healthcare Centre of Yen The district in
the northern province of Bac Giang has made documents, examined and created personal health records for the residents
in 10 out of 21 communes and towns with over 11,500 people by September 26,
accounting for 83 percent (population in 10 communes)

Thanks to the medical checkup, the doctor found more than 1,100 cases with high blood pressure, diabetes among others to be put under control as well as treated noninfectious diseases at the communal healthcare station and Yen The district General Hospital.
The district Healthcare Centre strikes for 100 percent of local habitants to complete the electronic personal health records in November 2017.
This solution helps the doctors accurately seize the patients’ medical history to get a quick, correct diagnosis as well as an effective and synchronous treatment.
