The Certificates will be awarded to Nguyen Van Chuan, Head of the External Traumatology Department; Hoang Chi Thanh, Head of the External neurology Department; Doan Tien Duong, Head of the External Kidney – Urology - Paternity Department; Tran Quang Hiep, Head of Functional Diagnosis Department; Bui Duc Nam, Head of Ophthalmology Department in the Bac Giang provincial General Hospital.

Other individuals include Nguyen Minh Cuong, Head of the Training and Routing Department (Bac Giang provincial Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital); Nguyen Van Canh and To Van Son, Lecturers at Electric – Electronic Department (Vietnam – Korea Technology Vocational College); Le Thi Thu Thuy and Vu Cong Phong, teachers at Quy Son secondary school No.1 (Luc Ngan); Dang Thi Minh Thu, teacher at Ngo Si Lien high school (Bac GIang city); Nguyen Quang Huy and Nguyen Thai Son, Information and Technology engineers (Bac Giang Telecommunication) and Lai Xuan Phuong, Director of Lang Giang district Power.
