The representatives of the local RCS handed 45 scholarships, each worth 1.5 million VND (about 65USD) to the students including 28 first time and 17 second time receivers.

Representatives of the provincial Red Cross Society present the scholarships to the students.

Presenting scholarship to poor students aims at helping the good students living in special difficult circumstances keep the passion for studying, starting up and realizing their dreams.

The Kind Heart Foundation has joined hand with the provincial RCS to implement numerous events such as presenting the humanitarian house, gifting to the poor on Lunar New Year, awarding scholarships to disadvantaged students, building cow bank to the needy cases since 2015.
