Of which, 42 products have been protected domestically while 4 others have been protected internationally including Luc Ngan lychee, Chu rice noodle, Ke rice noodle and Yen The hill chicken.

These above-mentioned products meet all the requirement on production scale and technology; thus the protection period lasts for 10 – 20 years.

Currently, the Department of Intellectual Property (under National Office Of Intellectual Property Of Vietnam) approved for the registration letter of protecting the collective marks of Van Chung cake (Hiep Hoa district) and Bao Ngoc Da Mai wine (Bac Giang city) while the Japanese Department of Food Industry has instructed the organizations and individuals to conduct the right of product protection for Luc Ngan lychee.
