97 new local cases announced on Monday morning in HCM City (62), Phú Yên (10), Nghệ An (9), Long An (6), Bắc Ninh (4), Lạng Sơn (2), Quảng Ninh (2), and Bắc Giang (2). Of these, 94 cases were detected in quarantine or locked down areas.
