The People's Committee of Tho Xuong ward (Bac Giang city) implements the model of "Resolving administrative procedures at the 9th hour" and "No writing on Tuesdays".

Besides, Quy Son Commune People's Committee (Luc Ngan) implements the initiative "Some communication solutions improve efficiency in handling local administrative procedures"...

To improve the effectiveness of administrative reform, in the coming time, the sectors and localities will further encourage and create conditions for officials and civil servants to research and implement new solutions and ideas in their work.

The Department of Home Affairs is in charge of listing, researching and proposing the Provincial People's Committee to replicate effective models to gain satisfaction of organizations and citizens.
