The planning area is located at Quang Minh and Ninh Son commune. It borders to agricultural field in Dong Long village (Quang Minh commune) to the North; the belt road No.4 in Phuc Ninh and Ninh Dong villages (Ninh Son commune) to the South; agricultural field in Ninh Dong village to the East; agricultural field and residential area in Dong Long village to the West.

As plan, the area covers about 74 ha with estimated population of 5,000 people. It is a new urban area with urban level tree and water as well as several public and service items at unit level which are invested synchronously in technical and social infrastructures.

The expected items include internal road, parking station, water drainage and supply, power supply, house, entertainment facilities, tree among others.

The People’s Committee in Viet Yen district is in charge of preparing Project then submits to the Department of Construction for verification and provincial People’s Committee for approval within six months since the Detail Planning Task was approved.
