The provincial departments, authorities and localities need to boost socio-economic development especially in less-impacted sectors such as farm production and construction investment.
It is necessary to firmly grasp production and business situation and people’ living while facilitating enterprises to develop production and ensure stable life of people.
It is essential to timely and effectively implement the supporting policies and support packages of the Government for enterprises, organizations, households and individuals affected by the pandemic.
The provincial Fatherland Front Committee, sociopolitical organizations and communication agencies need to strengthen advocacy to heighten awareness and sense of responsibility of the public officials, unionists, labourers and grassroots for themselves, their family and community in implementing the preventive measures.
