Thereby the Association promptly proposes the Party Committee and authorities to develop and apply the policies and mechanisms related to businesses and entrepreneurs, create and cultivate relationships of solidarity, cooperation, mutual support and encouragement of the startup spirit.

In 2023, besides advantages, the province's business community had to face many challenges. Typically, garment companies lack orders. Big foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises also cut capacity and labor, affecting small and medium-sized enterprises. The quiet real estate market has caused impact on many suppliers of construction materials.

Additionally, businesses also encountered difficulties in resolving administrative procedures; inconsistencies and overlaps of legal regulations or lack of uniformity in planning.

Amid such challenges and difficulties, acting as the bridge between the business community with the Party Committee and authorities, the PBA has focused heavily on collecting and reflecting recommendations, difficulties and problems of businesses to levels and sectors.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Standing Committee of the PBA submitted 4 documents and recommendations on 37 problems and difficulties to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC). As a result, all levels and sectors resolved 34 out of 37 recommendations.

The Association proactively suggested the PPC Chairman to launch meeting and dialogue with the business community which attracted a large number of participants.

46 written and direct recommendations were issued at the dialogue. Accordingly, many difficulties and problems of businesses were solved on the spot or later by the PPC Chairman and all levels and sectors.

The Association also persistently consulted agencies in charge of developing legal documents related to businesses, especially in the fields of construction, urban areas, land, investment, fire prevention and fighting. Basically, the comments were seriously accepted by the drafting agencies.

In addition, the Association proactively coordinated with the provincial branch of State Bank and commercial banks in the area to find solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses in accessing credit capital.

The PBA has paid due attention to suggesting proposal on removing difficulties for the real estate market such as: Strengthening administrative procedure reform, especially in converting land use purposes for rice growing land and land allocation; proposing to temporarily stop enforcement of land use fees through accounts.

The Association helped timely inform the Central policies and support incentives for businesses during difficult times.

The Association has well coordinated with agencies like Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Justice, Department of Industry and Trade, Union of Provincial Science and Technology Associations... to organize training classes and advanced training on business administration, law and digital transformation for businesses together with regular information about markets, fairs and exhibitions for members on demand.

Besides, the PBA launched trade promotion events to introduce the products of members in and outside the province while well operating activities to support and take care of members in the districts and city.

Thanks to timely encouragement and support of the Party Committee, the government, the PBA and business associations in the area together with the activeness of businesses and entrepreneurs, the Bac Giang business community is strongly developed. Currently, there are more than 15,000 registered enterprises with a total registered capital of more than 180 trillion VND (7.6 billion USD).

Many businesses on demand of restructuring finance and personnel proactively soak capital sources and orders..., actively contributing to the overall socio-economic development of the province. Bac Giang's GRDP growth currently reaches 12.04 percent, ranking second in the country. The index of industrial production increased by 17.4 percent while the budget revenue reached 10.6 trillion VND, equal to 70.6 percent of the year's estimate.
