Bac Giang city to reenact cultural space of rural market and culinary festival
The event will be held in Xuong Giang Victory Relic Site (Bac Giang city) with the participation from 16 wards and communes. Accordingly, the Organization Board will display the model of rural market where each ward and commune showcase their booth to introduce the signature products and local unique cuisine.

Apart from visiting and buying various products, the visitors and customers will have chance to taste the delicious dishes directly made at the market by the prestigious craftsmen in the localities such as fresh fish porridge, boiled snail, hot roll cake (Tan My); grilled pork vermicelli, mung bean pudding, glutinous rice, lotus tea (My Do); mung bean porridge, Gac glutinous rice (Song Mai)...
To build an attractive space, the localities display and decorate their booths with deep cultural imprint of Vietnamese rural such as bamboo pallet, basket, drainer, fence, jar...while arranging the sellers in traditional cultural costumes.
The event is scheduled in the afternoon of January 29, 2020 (lunar January 5, 2020) till January 31, 2020 (lunar January 7, 2020).
The event aims to introduce and promote the key and signature farm produce of the city to the visitors and residents while developing the cultural value and tourism growth.
