Bac Giang concentrates on locating for pandemic control, ensuring people’s living
According to a report by the Department of Health, 952 persons have been defined as F1, F2, F3 related to Covid-19 infections. 655 cases were tested in which 455 had negative results while 200 are waiting for testing results.

4,749 out of 5,300 persons returning from Da Nang supervised as of 11 August were tested negative results including 4,400 persons passing 14-day quarantine.
Currently, there are 7,135 foreigners staying in the entire province.
Regarding the outbreak in Dong Chu village, Yen Dinh commune, Son Dong district, the provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control directed lockdown, medical quarantine, tracing and pandemic control. Besides, the medical human resources, equipment and protective gears have been reinforced to ensure health check and treatment for people in quarantine and pandemic fight.
In his conclusion, PPC Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong stressed, there is large number of people related to infected cases in Dong Chu village and across the nation. The number of F1, F2 and F3 cases is increasing every day.
Fortunately, all people returning from Da Nang and Quang Nam since 12 July were tested negative results. People’s awareness of the pandemic prevention has been improved. Gathering activities have been reduced. Many families postponed wedding celebration. Most of people wear face mask when going out.

He added, the localities need to set out 2 timelines for implementing proper preventive measures. The province will strive not to confirm more infections related to the family in Dong Thong village and people returning from Da Nang and Quang Nam until 16 August, then people returning from Da Nang will be excluded from infection possibility. If there is no more infection related to 6 patients in Dong Chu village as of 1 September, the pandemic outbreak in Dong Chu will be eased.
In coming time, the levels, sectors, districts and city should implement far-reaching pandemic prevention and control especially fostering supervision and management of people returning from affected areas.
He stressed, it is necessary to strictly carry out social distancing in some villages of Yen Dinh commune, pay high concentration on locating and stopping the pandemic outbreak and ensure local people’s living in the isolated area in Yen Dinh commune with special attention to health care needs, pensions, social insurance allowances and consumption of harvested farm produce.
