Bluezone (Electronic mask) is a Bluetooth low- energy technological application, which was launched by Ministry of Information and Communication and Ministry of Health on 18 April 2020.

Installing Bluezone to fight against Covid-19 pandemic.

With a smart phone, the app shall alert if you had close contact with people who have Covid-19 thereby minimizing the spread of the virus to the community.

Bluezone is available on IOS and Android operating systems or on the website https://www.bluezone.gov.vn. After downloading, users can install, turn on Bluetooth and use.

Seeing benefits of Bluezone App in Covid-19 prevention and control, the provincial People’s Committee of Bac Giang province urged the departments, agencies and unions, people’s committee of the districts and city, communes, wards and towns to require all of their employees who have smart phones to install Bluezone App.

The Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism should request the restaurants and hotels to popularize to their guests about installing Bluezone. Outdoor advertising companies are encouraged to support promotion of the app on outdoor advertising screens.

The departments of Health, Transportation, Industry and Trade and the provincial Industrial Zones Authority were urged to direct the hospitals, medical centers and transportation units to guide patients, patients’ relatives, passengers, businesses and traders in the trade centers and markets to install Bluezone app.

The Department of Information and Communication shall collaborate with Bac Giang News Paper, the provincial Voice and Television and Bac Giang Portal to broadcast news on use of Bluezone app and regularly repeat it.

Besides, telecommunication companies were requested to support sending messages and announcement to people in the province about installing Bluezone on smart phones, starting from 3 August 2020.

Bac Giang to be developed into green - smart city

Bac Giang strictly supervises people under medical isolation
