Amid the disease complicated development, the provincial Public Administrative Center, one stop shop in Bac Giang city and communal communes and wards suspended operation on August 23 to review, appoint officials on duty to handle tasks, arrange the reception area so as to ensure one way route.

On August 23, the provincial Public Administrative Center suspends operation to re-arrange the disease preventive conditions.

The staff on duty presents at the lobby area to check body temperature, instruct people to make health declaration and sanitize hands before working. All officials and cadres in charge must seriously implement the Ministry of Health’s 5K message “wearing face mask, disinfecting, keeping safe distance, not gathering, making health declaration”.

All online submissions are received normally by professional division to handle as regulation.

The citizen makes health declaration via QR Code at one stop shop in Tam Tien commune (Yen The district).

Similarly, the one stop shops at the districts of Viet Yen, Yen The and Luc Nam also enhanced disease preventive measures such as assigning staff to check body temperature, providing hand sanitizers at the transaction points, handling procedures in batch of not more than 10 people to ensure safe distance.

The People’s Committee in the districts and city encouraged organizations and citizens to proceed online transaction on provincial Public Service Portal and public post service to restrict direct contact and reduce the risk of infection.

Bac Giang integrates 369 public services on National Portal
