Knowing the obstacles and proposals from investors, to boost up the investment progress to IC infrastructure, PPC Vice Chairman Phan The Tuan ordered the departments, sectors, People’s Committee in the districts and city together with investors to local IC to concentrate on removing the difficulties so as to complete the investment to IC infrastructure within this year.

All resources should be mobilized to conduct site work and change the purpose of rice growing land in line with Government’s direction.

The provincial leader urged the Department of Industry and Trade to expedite and supervise the implementation of investment plan to local IC infrastructure; collaborate to verify the detail planning, feasibility report, land handing over document, land leasing document as well as recommend to approve for sub-projects.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment should consult the PPC to accelerate the task to change purpose of rice growing land. The People’s Committee in districts and city were directed to well implement to communication to call for people’s consensus on the policies of the Party and Government about land reclamation to serve industrial development.

The investors to IC technical infrastructure should actively cooperate with authorities at district and commune to speed up the progress of land clearance and compensation to build the IC infrastructure, create land fund and attract sub-investors while executing the investment and construction of technical infrastructure correctly as the approved schedule. Any difficulty must be timely addressed together with strict implementation of regular report.
