The economy was on strong recovery, with gross regional domestic product (GRDP) estimated at 17.96 percent, the highest ever so far. Industry recorded a high growth, continuing to be the main driver of the province's overall growth. Industrial production increased sharply.

The Tax Department was asked to work with the provincial Public Security Agency to supplement thematic anti-transfer pricing solutions each year, ensuring effective implementation. The tax authorities must regularly check the revenues as well as review fields and areas that still have room for budget collection but are yet strictly managed, while taking measures to encourage localities with high tax revenues.
