The report of Viet Yen district People’s Committee proved that Quang Chau industrial park (IP) covered 90 ha including 22.8 ha in Nenh town and 60 ha in Van Trung commune. Vietnam – Korean IP was invested by Fuji Phuc Long Development Company Limited. The first stage of the project scaled 50 ha in Phuc Long village, Tang Tien commune.

Concluding the meeting, PPC Vice Chairman Phan The Tuan highly appreciated two investors to the IP technical infrastructure for their active instruction to implement the site work for the project execution.

To accelerate the land clearance, the provincial leader urged the district People’s Committee to further focus on the task in the upcoming time; pay for the compensation expenses for the site work to households, individuals; complete the procedure and document to reclaim the land, clear the area and hand over to the investors to implement the project as regulation.

The provincial leader assigned Viet Yen district to complete the land clearance in Quang Chau IP within August and Vietnam – Korea IP within September 15 while ordering the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to assist the localities to conduct the site work.
