The actual implemented value hits nearly 3 trillion VND (129.4 million USD), accounting for 34 percent, including 6 projects of social house and house for worker (4,754 houses); 11 commercial house projects (4,347 houses).

The social house project is under construction in Van Trung (Viet Yen district).

9 house development projects have been completed and put in use, including 4 projects of social house and house for worker as well as 5 commercial house projects. Other house building projects are under construction in the area.

These projects help meet the housing demand for workers and labours in the industrial parks and businesses with huge scale as well as accelerate the development progress of urban area, trade to increase the state budget collection.
