Bac Giang launches Project “Encouraging overseas Vietnamese to introduce and consume Vietnamese goods ”
Accordingly, the Plan aims at effectively implement and specify the content in the Prime Minister’s Decision No.1797/QD-TTg on December 12, 2019 to approve the above mentioned Project.
Bac Giang opens the online trading platform “Bac Giang lychee” as a chance for overseas Vietnamese to promote and introduce the local signature products. |
It helps enhance the awareness of the provincial Departments, sectors, localities, officers, public servants, staff and residents about the role and position of external task to overseas Vietnamese to firmly understand the guidance and policy of the Party on further innovating and improving the effectiveness of the external task to overseas Vietnamese under new situation.
The Plan targets to continue renovating and enhancing the effectiveness of the external task to overseas Vietnamese under new situation, reinforcing the instruction, management and specifying the tasks to create a close coordination among the provincial departments, sectors and agencies in implementing the external task to the Vietnamese in foreign countries.
Also, it communicates and persuades the expatriated Vietnamese, including overseas Bac Giang people, to introduce, consume and develop the distribution channels for Vietnamese commodities as well as the signature and key products of Bac Giang province, which helps link and introduce the distribution system via the Vietnamese community in foreign countries to promote and introduce Vietnamese goods in general and Bac Giang products in particular to international friends.
The Plan specifies 6 groups of key tasks, namely communicating; database building; trade promoting and connecting Vietnamese enterprises in and outside the countries; accelerating the role of Vietnamese unions, associations of business, expert, scholar; diversifying and enhancing the effectiveness of communication and persuasion; researching and building the policy and mechanism to introduce and develop the distribution channel of Vietnamese products in foreign countries.
