The three-phase project requires a total cleared area of 207.45ha in the communes of Mai Dinh, Chau Minh and Huong Lam. According to the plan, 100 ha would be cleared by the end of 2018; 50 ha by the end of 2020, the remaining 57.45 ha by the end of 2023.

The Hoa Phu Industrial Park

To date, the district People's Committee and Hoa Phu Invest Company Limited (the project investor) have compensated the site clearance of about 175 ha with the total amount of 401 billion VND (17.37 million USD), ensuring the plan. 

Hiep Hoa district’s authorities are continuing the work in Ngoc Lien and Ngo Xa villages of Chau Minh commune and Mai Ha village of Mai Dinh commune and comparing the land origin of the remaining households in Chau Minh commune to clear the remaining area. There are currently 18 secondary investors licensed for investment in the Hoa Phu IP.
