Bac Giang postpones and cancels traditional festivals
Accordingly, the PPC Chairman requested the Directors of the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Information and Communication, Health as well as the PPC Chairman of the districts and city to instruct:

1. To postpone Tay Yen Tu Spring Festival and activities in the framework of 2020 Culture – Tourism Week as well as the spring traditional festivals at localities.
2. To reduce the scale, duration and activities for those which already began so as to ensure the condition to prevent the epidemic correctly as the instruction from the Ministry of Health.
3. To request the visitors to use the face mask when joining the activities at the festivals and relic sites.
4. Basing on the functions and tasks, the departments, sectors and localities should actively accelerate the communication to discourage the residents participating in the spring travel and festive activities.
5. To take active measures to prevent and control the acute respiratory epidemic caused by nCoV at the relic sites and festival activities.
