(BGO) – The International Cuisine Festival 2018 was held on
December 9 in Hanoi by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, assembling about 140
booths from foreign Embassies to Vietnam, foreign cultural centers, agencies
under Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Departments of Foreign Affairs in the
provinces as well as several enterprises across the nation.

Joining the event, Bac Giang province organized 2 booths featuring nearly 30 provincial specialties such as Che kho (mung bean pudding), Banh duc (cake made from puffed rice), Banh xu xue ( Tapioca and Mung Bean Cake or Husband and wife cake), Banh com (green rice flake cake), dried Luc Ngan lychee, Chu rice noodle among others.

This year, the provincial Department of Foreign Affairs was accompanied by Luu Chanh Cooperative in Truong Son commune (Luc Nam district) and Luc Ngan Orchard Cooperative in introducing the local signature products including yellow flower tea, lingzhi, cheo mushroom, ba kich (Morinda Officinalis), ba kich tim (purple Morinda Officinalis), honey, Tien Mao ginseng, yellow flesh orange, sweet orange, Dien pomelo…..
