Accordingly, the DoIT requested the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to measure the supply capability of the key farm produce and provide statistics of the growing area, output and harvesting time of the farm produce to make a basis for consumption plans as facing consumption difficulties in export and domestic market.

The localities take initiative to connect to farm produce processing bases and distributors.

The people’s committees of the districts and city need to assign the competent agencies to receive, handle and remove difficulties in consumption and purchase of farm, forestry and fishery products while taking initiative in collaborating with the processing units and distributors in the localities.

It is essential to supervise the market situation and necessary commodity prices in the localities, evaluate the demands and supply ability to build plans to cope with the epidemic.

It is necessary to make statistics and supervise the farm production situation in the localities such as farming area, productivity and harvesting time. Besides, it is required to provide list of the units and enterprises providing freezing warehouse and cold storage to preserve agricultural and fishery products as regulated.
