It was among the activities in the twinning programme of bilateral Cooperative Agreement between two provinces in the period 2021 – 2025 and Implementation Plan of Bac Giang province in the period 2021- 2025.

The delegation conducted general survey about Xaisomboun socio-economic development; fields with cooperative demand and need for support from Bac Giang in the upcoming time; including agriculture and rural development, trade and investment, education and training, healthcare, culture sports and tourism, science, technology and information technology.

At the same time, the delegates suggested some contents for cooperation and assistance from Bac Giang province such as supporting to build school.

The delegation visits Xaisomboun Technical Vocational College.

In 2018, Xaisomboun province received aids from Vietnamese Government to realize four projects of building provincial Broadcasting and Television Station, Military College, repairing and upgrading provincial Hospital, constructing four small scale irrigation systems.
