Bac Giang provincial leader Le Anh Duong urges to specify limitation, enhance quality of construction consulting
BAC GIANG – On April 10, Chairman of the Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Le Anh Duong worked with the Department of Construction about the task implementation in the first four months of this year as well as the orientation in the upcoming time.
In the first months, the Department of Construction synchronously implemented tasks on every fields of state management on construction and helped positively change the appearance of urban and rural areas.

At the event, the delegates also voiced the difficulties, limitations then analyzed and proposed solutions for settlement.
Concluding the meeting, the PPC Chairman Le Anh Duong acknowledged recent efforts of the Department of Construction and pressed on crucial responsibility of the sector amid current economoc growth rate in the province.
He ordered good execution of merging and upgrading the expanded Bac Giang city as well as adjusting the administrative boundaries for the districts and city.
Special collaboration must be done to complete the zoning planning, urban classification project, infrastructure assessment report for communes to be ward in Bac Giang city, Yen Dung district and Luc Ngan district so as to ensure the schedule of administrative arragement for Bac Giang city and Luc Ngan district.
The provincial leader further expedited localities to prepare the architecture management principle and submit for approval while consulting to create dramatic change in planning task.
The authority was urged to tighten management, update and publish the planning as well as setting up landmark in the field.
The PPC Chairman requested a synchronous solution among housing development programme and land planning and land use plan in developing house and property market.

The competent agecies were encouraged to pay more attention to house model in the urban, rural and mountainous areas with significant identity; provide training and popularize knowledge on construction order management; research saving solution in construction together with orientation to develop construction material.
The provincial Chairman called on boosting administrative reform, digital transformation and publishing document to facilitate the citizen on demand of searching and using.
He basically agreed with the proposals and recommendations from the Department of Construction then requested a joint cooperation from relevant departments and sectors.

BAC GIANG - In the first quarter of this year, the enterprises, especially foreign direct investment (FDI) one at the industrial parks (IP) in Bac Giang province maintained good growth, reported the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board.
BAC GIANG- According to the 2023 Provincial Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) report at a conference on April 2, Bac Giang was ranked 10th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide with 44.3204 points.
