Bac Giang scored total 89.1 points when all of the index groups gained higher results than the national average. Some indices with high scores include the rate of online submission reaching 78.3 percent (41.58 percent higher than the national average), online payment reaching 9.3/10 points (4 points higher than the national average) and the record digitization rate reaching 19.1/22 points (8.9 points higher than the national average).

In 2023, Bac Giang province has always been in top 10 provinces and cities in terms of this index. In order to maintain and improve the ranking, Bac Giang province will continue to promote communication to increase the rate of online submission and online payment on the National Public Service Portal.
