Its component projects include a 42 ha urban-service area project (currently the group is working on a detailed plan that is expected to be approved in April 2022); a 80 ha urban-service area project (the detailed plan is projected to be approved in June 2022); Tien Son - Ninh Son Industrial Park project spanning 223 ha with its planning project expected to be submitted to the Department of Construction for appraisal in May 2022; and a 77ha logistics area project, with its detailed planning project forecast to be approved in May 2022.

This is the largest-scale project of the group in Vietnam, said Jason Leow. He hopes that in 2023, the group will start this project. This will be very meaningful as 2023 is also the year Singapore and Vietnam celebrate the 50th anniversary of their diplomatic relations.

Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Duong Van Thai expressed his pleasure when receiving the delegation and thanked the group for its investment in Bac Giang. He introduced to the group's leaders the potential and strengths of the province in terms of land, resources, minerals, people and culture.

He shared that Bac Giang is the first province in the country to have the master plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister. This is the premise for the province to soon realize its development policy in industry, agriculture, services, culture and tourism in the coming time, with the aim of being one of the top localities nationwide in terms of investment attraction and economic development; a shopping and resort center for people from Hanoi capital and neighboring provinces and cities.
