Bac Giang supports labors at suspended enterprises to find jobs

(BGO) – The Job Service Center (under Department of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs in Bac Giang province) on July 31 continued to organize the mobile job transaction session in Huong Lam commune (Hiep Hoa district) to support the labors who lost their jobs due to the suspension of  Jungmin Pho Hoa Company Limited (Hiep Hoa district).

The transaction session also created condition for the enterprises on urgent demand of labor recruitment to seek for suitable workers. At the event, 90 firms registered to employ (directly and via the Center) more than 6,000 labors, mostly working in the sectors of garment, electronic, mechanical and market …

Some businesses had huge demand such as Siflex Vietnam Company Limited in Quang Chau Industrial Park (1,000 labors); Unico Global Vietnam Company Limited in Yen Dung district (700 labors); 45 One Member Company Limited in Son Dong district (400 labors).

More than 400 labors attended the event. Nearly 100 people were interviewed and employed to work at suitable positions, 70 of whom used to work at Jungmin Pho Hoa Company Limited. The profiles of remaining labors were recorded by the staff at the Center to support them find the suitable positions in the future.

It was the third job transaction session launched by the provincial Job Service Center in July to support the labors in the suspended enterprises or the businesses whose owners ran away to find the suitable jobs.

Previously, two sessions were held at Trung Son commune (Viet Yen district) and Yen My commune (Lang Giang district), helping nearly 100 labors to be employed.
