After implementing the provincial People’s Committee’s Plan No. 1322 dated on April 26, 2017 about making documents, examining and creating personal health records in the localities for over half of a year, the authority evaluated the results and planned for 2018. The Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Le Anh Duong urged all districts and city to continue executing the task and strive to complete health records for all residents before 2020.

Particularly, Yen The district will keep updating the data in the software, and organizing the addition checkups to the remaining people while coordinating to the Department of Health and Viettel Bac Giang branch to recover the 2017 shortcomings (the unconnected status among the rate of un-examined groups, the rate of computer and software data input with the soft wares for medical check-up, vaccination, non-infectious disease control among others.)

Besides, Yen Dung district should learn from Yen The’s experiences to realize the task locally, ensuring the order, quality and progress in 2018. The communication work would be widespread to every subject, particularly the first group (kids under 6 year-olds without attending the kindergarten; agricultural and free labors; retirees and the elderly) so that everyone understands its purpose, meaning and benefit.

The preparation work must be well prepared including early announcement, available staff to examine the health, input the data, the suitable arrangement of check-up points as well as supporting expenses to ensure the quality, progress and effectiveness.

The remaining districts and city should spend the first six months on inspecting and classifying the groups while making documents, examining and controlling the health for the group of student, public servant, official, enterprises’ labors as well as building the execution plan in 2019 for the last six months in 2018.

The Department of Health will consult the provincial People’s Committee on instructing the implementation as the proposed schedule; paying regular guidance, inspection the agencies in term of the profession, technique, quality, progress and effectiveness of the health record making procedure in the province.
