On March 11, the department will direct the organization of vaccinations at the Luc Nam District Medical Center and the provincial General Hospital. On March 13, injections will be given simultaneously at the medical centers of Son Dong, Luc Ngan, Hiep Hoa, Viet Yen, Yen The, Tan Yen, Yen Dung and Lang Giang districts and Bac Giang city; and hospitals such as the Women’s and Children Hospital, the Lung Hospital, the Hospital of Psychiatry, the Hospital of Oncology, the Hospital of Endocrinology, the Rehabilitation Hospital, the Traditional Medicine Hospital, and the provincial Center for Disease Control.

Those subject to the vaccination are medical workers in the frontlines of the pandemic fight, including those conducting epidemiological investigation, taking samples for testing, working in quarantine areas, directly involving in Covid-19 injection, working in infectious diseases departments, clinics, and emergency divisions; drivers carrying patients and testing samples, and people engaging in waste treatment.

On the afternoon of March 9, the provincial Center for Disease Control organised a training course on Covid-19 vaccination skills for 70 health workers directly performing the mission in the province to ensure compliance with the standard process, safety and efficiency.
