According to a report by the representative of Hiep Hoa district, after receiving the provincial plan, the district has made detailed plan to organize the ceremony in which assigning tasks to each member and establishing 4 sub-committees to take in charge of specific duties.

The event is scheduled on 25 February morning at the district’s hall. Besides, the district will organize some welcoming activities such as an art programme on 24 February evening and incense offering ritual at Van Xuyen and Cho Van communal houses and the Memorial House of the Safety Zone II. In addition, they will collaborate with Bac Giang Cheo Theatre to hold performances in the evenings of 26, 27 and 28 February.

Concluding the meeting, the provincial permanent Vice Chairman Mai Son urged the related agencies to well prepare for the ceremony. In which, he emphasized the importance of communication about the event especially visual methods and advertising on social network.

He stressed, this event is a good opportunity for the district to introduce comprehensively not only about Hiep Hoa Safety Zone II but also the district’s socio-economic achievements. Thus, the district needs to collaborate with press agencies to introduce about the outstanding people, beauty and strengths of the district.

He assigned chairman of Hiep Hoa district people’s committee Hoang Cong Bo as the spokesman of the event to hold a press conference ahead the event. The Public Security Force of Hiep Hoa district was urged to work with the provincial Public Security Department to guarantee security and order before, during and after the event.

After a period of time, the software has been regularly upgraded to meet the requirements of connection with the ministries and central agencies and go harmoniously with the province's e-government architecture.
