Bac Giang win big at National Mass Art Festival about revolutionary songs

(BGO) – The National Mass Art Festival about Revolutionary Songs 2023 wrapped up in Vinh Phuc province. Bac Giang art troop in Bac Giang province won one gold and two silver medals.

The festival was co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the People’s Committee in Vinh Phuc province from April 19 – 22 at Vinh Phuc provincial Theater, drawing the participation from 28 art troops from the provinces and cities with 168 performances.

“Chan ly trong toi” repertoire by singers Duc Hoi and Trieu Lua is awarded gold medal.

At the event, the artists, actors and actresses performed many special repertoires which were staged elaborately and magnificently to praise the Party, late President Ho Chi Minh, patriotism as well as the national’s tradition of indomitable struggle in the resistance wars and in the cause of country construction among others.

Bac Giang art troop introduced artshow themed “Ever-resounding song about the revolution”, consisting of 6 repertoires. The gold medal was awarded to the repertoire “Chan ly trong toi or My truth” performed by singers Trieu Lua and Duc Hoi. The silver medal was presented to repertoire “Bao noi len roi or The rising storm” performed by group of male singers and dancers.

With outstanding performance, the Organization Board awarded collective silver prize for Bac Giang art troop.
