Bac Giang works early to ensure public security and social order for SEA Games 31
Recently, the officials and soldiers at Mobile Police Division (the provincial Public Security) have exerted every effort to practise various tasks to ensure public security and social order for SEA Games 31.

Colonel Vu Ba Loi, Head of provincial Mobile Police Division said: “Implementing the instruction from the Director of provincial Public Security and Mobile Police High Command, the Mobile Police Division prepared implementation programmes and plans for specific tasks. The Division assigns armed patrol teams to all localities during the event”.
As schedule, the opening ceremony will take place on May 12 at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi city) and closing ceremony is on May 23 at Hanoi Athletic Palace. Badminton competition is held from May 16 - 25 at Bac Giang provincial Gymnasium with over 120 players from eight countries.
Colonel Do Duc Trinh, Vice Director of the provincial Public Security said: “To ensure the public security and social order for SEA Games 31, the provincial Public Security thoroughly grasps and strictly follows the direction from the Ministry of Public Security and provincial People’s Committee by early making the execution plan, sufficiently preparing best condition and facilities so as to ensure public security and social order for the biggest regional sports event in Bac Giang”.
With the motto to early ensure the public security, during preparation, the provincial Public Security directed relevant agencies to enhance the immigration management; control over foreigners relating to overseas sports delegations and spectators…who come for competition and cheering up the athletes; actively grasping the situation to timely detect and fight against any troubling issue.

Each official and soldier are urged to highly raise the responsibility and ready to well fulfil all assigned tasks.
To partly create impressive and fine image of Bac Giang in general and provincial Public Security force in particular to international delegates, the provincial Public Security orders all members to follow appropriate poster, ceremonial and manner together with open and friendly behaviour during task implementation. Female traffic police will be on duty at key and major traffic points.
The provincial Public Security plans to launch peak period to fight and control crimes in all forces; consult to accelerate the movement “All people join hands in national protection” to ensure good public security and contribute to the common success of SEA Games 31.
