Recently, the three above mentioned provinces have positively cooperated and finalized to issue programme, plan and cooperative agreement while implementing active linkage in various aspects of plan, policy and mechanism for socio-economic development, construction of traffic infrastructures, industry, commerce, tourism service, public order and security among others.

The cooperative programmes helped positively contribute to the socio-economic growth in each province and the common development of the nation.

By analyzing and identifying the potential and advantages of each locality, leaders of three provinces agreed to continue the close collaboration, effective implementation of resolutions and conclusion from the Politburo and the Center Executive Board to actively contribute to instructing and executing the socio-economic development task in each province.

The provinces finalized to invest and complete the traffic infrastructure toward synchronous and modern connectivity to create new development space. The linkage traffic routes will be listed in the provincial plan while investment cooperation will be focuses basing on the principle that each province invests to the projects within its boundary, including: revamping provincial road No.330 in Quang Ninh province and Muc route to Kiem pass in Duong Huu commune (Son Dong district, Bac Giang province); frontage road of Dong Viet bridge to national road No.37 that connects Yen Dung district (Bac Giang province) to Chi Linh city (Hai Duong province); belt road No.5 to link Vinh Nghiem pagoda in Yen Dung district (Bac Giang province) and Chi Linh city (Hai Duong province); the route that links Bac Giang provincial road No.293 to national road No.18 in Binh Duong commune (Dong Trieu town, Quang Ninh province).

The provinces will strive to commence the project to revamp and upgrade the provincial road No.291 from Tay Yen Tu, Son Dong district (Bac Giang province) to Troi town, Ha Long city (Quang Ninh province) soon.

Besides, three provinces will further cooperate in the fields of industry, commerce, agriculture, tourism service, labour, security, public order and administrative boundary management as well as collaborate to implement the strategy “safely, flexibly adaptation to effectively control over Covid-19 pandemic”; accelerate the regional linkage development under the principle of “sharing – agreement – mutual development”.

On the occasion, representatives of leaders from three provinces inked memorandum of understanding for the regional linkage cooperation in the period 2022 – 2025.
