2021 was a year of special significance, the first year of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. During the year, the elections of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure took place. Concluding the event, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Duong Van Thai emphasized that "Bac Giang province now has very favorable opportunities to create breakthroughs in development and our responsibility is to turn these opportunities into realities".

According to him, in the trend of increasingly intensive and extensive integration, the 4th Industrial Revolution is taking place very quickly today, requiring us to constantly innovate our ways of thinking and doing, stay flexible and creative to keep up with changes, thus fulfilling the set tasks.
