BAFU student wins third prize at national Chinese speech contest
The contest attracted more than 300 contestants from the Union of Friendship Organizations, Vietnam - China Friendship Association of provinces and cities as well as universities, academies and Chinese language centers nationwide. After the preliminary round, 35 contestants were selected to the final round.

This is an attractive, healthy and useful playground for Vietnamese youth and students who love Chinese; an opportunity for young people and students to meet, interact, promote communication and presentation skills so as to create motivation and arouse interest in learning Chinese.
Concluding, the Organizing Committee awarded one First Prize, two Second Prizes, 4 Third Prizes and 28 Consolation Prizes. The first prize winner was student Nguyen Manh Cuong at Foreign Trade University (Hanoi).
Student Hoang Thi Thuy (born 2001), class D-NNTQ11B, majoring in Chinese language of Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) won the third prize with her speech about the youth’s important role in the process of national integration, national construction and defense.
Hoang Thi Thuy is a student with excellent academic achievements. She won a study encouragement scholarship at BAFU.
