The project has the starting point in Dong Lo commune (Hiep Hoa), connecting the branch road of the Ring Road IV with the entrance to Provincial Road 277B in Dong Phong commune, Yen Phong district (Bac Ninh).

The bridge is 490 m long and 16 m wide. It is made of prestressed concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete. The 1,500m-long leading road meets the grade III plain road standard, with a foundation of 12 m and a surface of 11 m. The road surface is made of asphalt concrete on the macadam foundation. 

The project has a total investment of more than 358 billion VND (15.5 million USD) sourced from the central and provincial budgets. It is implemented in the 2021-2024 period.
