Ce Link Vietnam Company Limited in Van Trung industrial park, Viet Yen district now has over 2,600 labours. Currently the company operates stably with many orders, helping create regular jobs to the employees with average income of 8 – 9 million VND per person month.

The pannel and signs about preventive procedures against Covid-19, petechial fever and monkeypox are posted at canteen of Ce Link Vietnam Company Limited.

Passing the hardtime in 2021 and early 2022 due to impact of Covid-19 pandemic, all labours and leader in the business focus on safety and raise awareness of disease prevention and control.

According to Managing Director Vuong Tieu Trieu though the disease is now well controlled, the enterprise still strictly follow the motto V+9K that means vaccination plus facemask, disinfection, distance, no gathering, health declaration, border control, safe quarantine area, no leaving home in unnecessary case, no posting false information about disease prevention and control.

So far, over 70 percent of total labours in the company have been covered by fourth Covid vaccine dose, which will be raised up to 90 percent in the middle of this August.

Hundreds of pannels and signs are posted in many internal areas with a lot of commuters such as factories, canteens, parking station…to popularize disease prevention procedure, update information of Covid-19 pandemic and other infectious diseases while the sanitation task is regularly maintained.

Besides, the enterprise also arrange centralized quarantine area at second floor of C8 factory covering 150 square meters. Though the site has been unused for months, the company leader decides to keep it to ensure active disease prevention if bad case.

Medical staff at Tan Yen district supervises the disease prevention and control at Hansol Vina Company Limited in Quang Tien commune (Tan Yen district).

Director of the Health Department Tu Quoc Hieu said local Covid-19 infections have been detected scatterredly in the province together with many cases suffering from A and B influenza and petechial fever, including workers in the industrial parks.

Thus, the provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee issued many documents to direct the organizations, sectors, political and social agencies and enterprises to stay alert with disease prevention and control.

Enhancing supervision, instructing business on disease prevention

To actively prevent and control Covid-19 amid complicated development of other infectious diseases in the province, the Medical Center at the provincial industrial parks (Medical Center) cooperated with the industrial park Management Board to establish three supervision teams, instruct local enterprises to implement disease preventive measures in two period, starting from July 28 to August 30 (first period) and September 1 to December 31,2022 (second one).

The Medical Center continues setting up mobile vaccination group at the companies; launching fixed vaccination time in every afternoon of Tuesday and Thirsday to serve workers on night shift and from other localities.

As of August 3, 127,800 workers in the industrial parks were covered with second booster shot of Covid-19 vaccine, accounting for 73.5 percent of total labours.

The working delegation from the provincial Industrial Park Management Board and Medical Center at the Industrial Park inspects and supervises the task of disease prevention and control at Van Trung industrial park on August 3.

Outside the industrial parks and clusters, many firms paid due attention to protecting the labours’health. Hoang Thi Hang from Hansol Vina Company Limited in Quang Tien commune (Tan Yen district) said her company has 650 labours. The health worker of the business updates the health status of each person in every early morning so as to timely handle the arising situation.

The close working environment with a lot of people creates high risk of disease infection among the production lines in the enterprises. To protect the labour and maintain stable production activities, the Department of Health directed the Division of Health in the districts, city and Medical Center to further expedite, inspect and supervise the disease prevention and control in the localities in charge.

The employers were requested to review, add more medical materials, tools and supplies so as to complete disease preventive procedure in the company.
