The project passes through the communes of Viet Lap and Que Nham. It is jointly constructed by Truong Hanh Joint Stock Company and Bach Long Joint Stock Company (Bac Giang City).

As design, the route stretches more than 4.6 km in total, of which the main route is more than 4 km long, the rest is branch routes.

The main and branch routes are invested in line with third grade plain road standards, filled with asphalt concrete. The road base is 12 m wide with the road surface of 11m. It is equipped with a drainage and traffic safety systems.

As schedule, the project will be completed and put into use in May 2025 to gradually improve the district's traffic infrastructure according to regulations.
