Cuisine and festivals of Vietnamese ethnic groups on spotlight in culture and tourism village

Traditional festivals will also be recreated in the village on the occasion.
Accordingly, the M’nong ethnic community from Binh Phuoc Province will reproduce a ritual, to establish brotherhood between villages of M’nong people, and a ceremony to celebrate harvest season.
They will also stage performances of traditional musical instruments, such as gongs, lutes, bamboo flutes, and trumpets, made from buffalo horn.
Meanwhile, Muong ethnic people from Hoa Binh Province will host a new rice ceremony, which is often observed after harvesting time, to express gratitude to ancestors and gods, for bumper crops.
Visitors to the village can also explore the Sene Dota festival, which is one of the most important religious festivals for Khmer ethnic people. It is often held from the 29th of the eighth lunar month to the first of the ninth lunar month each year, to pay tribute to their ancestors.
