It eases the foreign enterprises timely and sufficiently access to the legal code and document of Vietnam and Bac Giang which relate to the effective investment, business and company management.

DoFA’s staff introduce about the provincial investment environment to the enterprise.

Also, the administrative procedure translation helps the businesses understand and follow the order and formalities of the administrative procedures in the province, hence contributing to enhancing the administrative procedures’ effectiveness as well as improving the provincial competitiveness index.

Currently, DoFA continues coordinating with relevant agencies to review and update the set of administrative procedure.

The organizations, individual and enterprises can search for the administrative procedure in Vietnamese, English, Chinese and Korean in such fields of investment, construction, commerce, labor, natural resources and environment among others.

173 administrative procedures handled through national single window

As many as 173 administrative procedures of 13 ministries and sectors have been connected to the National Single Window (NSW) window since it was implemented in 2015.
