Department of Planning and Investment leads agencies in Bac Giang in issuing administrative procedure templates

(BGO) - The Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Giang has just completed the issuance of the templates for 69 administrative procedures that regularly generate documents, accounting for 51.5 percent, exceeding the set plan. 

These are the procedures in such fields as business establishment and operation (43 procedures); investment (22 procedures); and bidding (4 procedures). Each set of templates include implementation guidance; pre-filled declaration form; attached papers and documents of the procedures standardized by the one-stop-shop division’s staff, ensuring the compliance with legal regulations. 

After completion, the department have made them available on its website and at the one-stop-shop division at the provincial Public Administration Service Center for organizations and citizens to follow.

In 2021, the department will continue to update information on the process, time, and documents of the modeled administrative procedures to make timely adjustments to suit the State's regulations. At the same time, it will continue to review procedures that regularly generate dossiers for template issuance.
