Accordingly, the units are urged to promptly spray the disinfectant at the exam organization places including home of officers, teachers, students, exam rooms, temporary isolation room... before August 7, 2020.

The Department coordinates and instructs the exam organizers to arrange suitable points of temperature checking, quick hand sanitizer while ensuring all teachers and students to wear face masks in examination time.

An inspection group for food safety and hygiene will be established to check, inspect and instruct the collective kitchen, suppliers of beverage, ice cream, ice, food, street food...at the exam organization places to ensure the food safety condition.

A quick response emergency team is also founded with sufficient medical materials and medicine while the hotline is provided to the exam organization places. The staff is on duty to take care of the health condition at these places under the instruction of the Examination Steering Board.

The Department also coordinates with the competent agencies to communicate to each family so as to take their children to the exam location and well implement the preventive measures.

The provincial Center of Disease Control is assigned to support the Medical Center in the city to spray the disinfectant at the exam places in Bac Giang city.
