Duong Van Thai elected Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee, tenure 2015 -2020

(BGO) – In the afternoon of October 26, the Executive Board of Bac Giang provincial Party’s Committee (PPC) held a meeting to additionally elect the title of PPC Deputy Secretary and Member of PPC Standing Board in the tenure 2015 – 2020. 

The event was chaired by Bui Van Hai, Member of the Central Party Committee, PPC Secretary, Chairman of the provincial People’s Council and Le Thi Thu Hong, PPC Permanent Deputy Secretary, Head of the 14th National Assembly deputies delegation in Bac Giang province.

After conducting the election steps in line with the Party election regulation, members of the PPC Executive Board voted for Member of the PPC Standing Board, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Duong Van Thai to become PPC Deputy Secretary, tenure 2015 – 2020 and additionally elect Le Van Thang, Commander of the provincial Military Command Member of PPC Standing Board.

After the poll session, 43 out of 43 participating members of PPC Executive Board gave their vote of confidence to elect Duong Van Thai PPC Deputy Secretary, tenure 2015 – 2020 and Le Van Thang Member of PPC Standing Board, tenure 2015 – 2020.

On behalf of the PPC Executive Board, the provincial Secretary Bui Van Hai presented the flowers to congratulate two officers on the new positions, expecting that they will present the great effort and creativeness as well as further promote the spirit of responsibility to join hands with the Standing Board, Executive Board to build the great unity, reinforce the organization to excellently fulfil the tasks assigned by the Party and people in the province.

Addressing the event, Duong Van Thai expressed his sincere thanks to the members of the PPC Executive Board, the Standing Board and PPC Standing Committee who believe and vote for him to become the PPC Deputy Secretary.

With new position, he hoped to continue receiving the support and facilitation from the Center Party Committee, PPC Executive Board and Standing Board. He promised to be exemplary and solidarity in working, conquer all challenges to well fulfil any assigned task.
